行政部是給各位同事提供服務，處理公司行政事務的部門，由於工作的性質和內容就是服務，處理的都是點滴小事、日常瑣碎雜事，因此整體的工作難以概述和量化，所以我能獲得優秀員工這個獎項，確實離不開各位同事的支援，這不僅僅是我個人的榮譽，也是行政部的榮譽。
我認為一名優秀員工應該起到表率作用，應該以高度的主人翁精神，默默地奉獻著光和熱;應該抱著務實認真的工作態度，埋頭苦幹，敬業愛崗，勤勤懇懇地做好本職工作。做工作要勤奮和有責任心，因為勤奮，能夠提高生產效率，如前人所說的多一份耕耘，多一份收穫;而有了責任心，在工作中就會認真細緻，避免出現差錯。

自進公司工作至今，我並沒有為公司做出了不起的大貢獻，也沒取得特別值得炫耀可喜的業績，我只是儘量做好屬於自己崗位上的工作，儘自己最大的努力的去完成每一次的指標，總結自己的經驗，從經驗中學習，向他人學習，儘量將自己的工作爭取一次比一次做得更好，儘可能的提高工作效率，雖然如此，但我的付出得到了公司的認可，我深感無比的榮幸，我想公司這次評優活動也再次向每位員工傳達與說明了只要有付出，只要腳踏實地的做好了屬於自己的那份工作，就會有回報。
