職責描述:

1、接聽所有負責區域的來電諮詢,需要核實處理的,先登記稍後為客戶核實處理;

2、負責處理客戶的投訴,退換貨等相關問題;

3、建立售後服務檔案,並進行總結分析;

4、對投訴客戶定時的進行跟蹤和維護,提高客戶滿意度;

5、對客戶的滿意度進行調查分析,改進溝通技巧;

6、為個人客戶辦理購卡、換卡、合併卡服務;

7、檢視後臺管理系統,及時發放禮品卡訂單。

任職要求:

1、中專或高中以上學歷;

2、有一年以上相關工作經驗,有400客服熱線工作優先;

3、熟悉客服工作的相關流程,可以適應倒班制;

4、普通話流利、標準,聲音清晰甜美,語言表達良好;

5、熟練使用常用辦公軟體及網路應用,具有較強溝通能力和應急處理能力、耐心、細緻。

職責描述:

You will be part of a worldwide team that is aiming to promote the Connected Car services upon BMW mobile platform and increase user base.

You will apply your digital marketing experience to plan campaign and manage the execution for the target vehicles’ owner pool, as well as to ensure the customer acceptance of the services, and financial performance.

Major responsibilities for this position include:

1. Campaign implementation coordination, focus on the technical delivery area

2. Data analysis and reporting

3. Performance monitoring on launched activities

任職要求:

1、 4+ years’ experience in consumer /users’ campaign planning, management and data monitoring /analysis of App /O2O products or in ATL places

2、English skills in reading and written are required

3、 Experience in multi-project managements, data analysis

4、 Able to work alongside all internal groups (legal, finance, product management, development and operation), and well organized with a proven ability to multi-task

5、 Flexibility and resourcefulness to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines
