教師節的來歷作文
關於中國第一個教師節的由來，起源於北京師範大學校長王梓坤的一個靈感。1984年12月9日，王梓坤一早起來，“突然”有了給教師設立節日的念頭，早上8點，他打電話給《北京晚報》的一位記者，並告訴對方這個想法，立即得到這位記者的贊同。第二天，《北京晚報》刊出了題為“王梓坤校長建議開展尊師重教月活動”的一條200多字的簡訊，簡訊中寫到：“……我們建議在全國範圍內開展尊師重教月的活動，該月的一日即定為全國教師節。王校長認為，尊師重教月可定在每年寒暑假前的二三月或八九月份。……”於是，這條短短的簡訊就成為倡議設立教師節的最早文字記載。
大約一週後的12月15日，王梓坤校長為了進一步推動此倡議，召開了一個座談會，邀請了北師大著名教授鍾敬文、啟功、陶大鏞、朱賢智、黃濟、趙擎寰等人蔘加討論，這個倡議得到教授們的一致同意，並聯名向社會提出。第二天，《北京日報》登出了關於這一倡議的簡訊，但這條簡訊編加了一個醒目的標題——“北師大校長王梓坤倡議每年九月為尊師重教月，建議九月的一天為全國教師節”。這是設立教師節的倡議第二次出現在媒體上。
王梓坤教授在兩次公開發出倡議後，認為已經做了一名教師、一個校長的最大努力，於是又埋頭到繁雜的學校事務中。但是，相隔僅僅一個月的時間，在1985年1月21日，第六屆全國人大常委會第九次會議通過了決議，將每年的.9月10日定為“教師節”。
1985年的9月10日，全中國的老師過上了第一個教師節。至2016年9月10日，已經是第32個教師節了。
