with作介詞,在不同的`短語中有不同的意思.
(1) 表示"具有,帶有"He is a boy with long hair. 他是個留長髮的男孩.
(2) 表示"使用某種工具或材料"I need a pen to write with. 我需要一支鋼筆來寫字.
(3) 表示"和…一起"I often go to the movies with my friends.我經常和朋友們一起去看電影.
(4) 表示"伴隨著"With these words, he left the room.說著這些話,他離開了教室.☆with 引導的介詞短語所修飾的名詞作主語時,謂語動詞的形式與被修飾的名詞一致,類似的介詞還有 but, like, together with等.
