面試時哪些話是不能說?

每個面試官在問問題之前,心裡都有一個近似的“標準答案”。也可以認為是其最想聽的話,如果你能碰巧點到,那麼大大的加分應該是毫無問題。可惜同一個問題對於不同的面試官來說,“標準答案”往往千差萬別。去追求這個千差萬別的“標準答案”肯定是事倍功半的。

依我看,求職本來是一個雙向選擇的過程,不存在什麼上下關係。所以在不失禮的情況下,儘可能真誠的展示自己就可以了。

但既然是探討“面試時哪些話是不能說的?”,當然要列舉幾個有代表性的,讓各位加以借鑑:

1、大話。尤其是顯而易見的大話。(須知,凡是來面試的,除了人力,一般都是對本領域很熟悉的人,不要妄想自己的大話、浮誇能瞞得過試官。)

2、關於面試官個人的'私人問題(他和你真的沒有那麼熟)

3、之前公司、同事的壞話,尤其是激烈的批判語言(就算他們真的不好相處,對你真的不好,但在新公司看來,也會認為你不那麼好相處。)

4、別扯些和麵試無關的事情。

5、專案成功都是自己的功勞。

6、沒聽懂問題誇誇其談,打斷面試官,搶話等。

7、不能加班OT!

8、我還有一個面試,趕時間。

9、各種非主流的離職原因,以及各種顯得你有非主流傾向的經歷、事件等。

10、詢問假如自己在試用期階段不合心意能否提前走人。

11、一再追問待遇的細節。

12、對公司的實力表示質疑。比如詢問“不會是中介公司吧”等等。
