如果說簡歷的投遞是踏入理想公司大門的話，那求職信無疑就是一個敲門的動作。求職信的目的就是要讓簡歷篩選者從眾多紙張中發現自己，覺得自己是一個很適合這個工作的人，至少能讓對方考慮給自己面試的機會。 本站提示求職信中應注意的幾點：
1、求職信的第一句話應該開門見山，讓對方儘快知道它的內容。
2、段落要短，句子不宜很長，長的段落更易令人生厭。
3、段落可以加小標題，或是編上序號，使求職信條理分明，層次清晰。
4、儘量避免用專業術語或俚語、諺語或典故、地方方言，否則在資訊傳遞上可能會出現周折，甚至引起誤會。
5、求職信的用詞語氣應不卑不亢，不能過分客氣，也要力求避免無意中傷害他人的`尊嚴。
6、求職信不應有錯別字，不要使用塗改液或橡皮擦，紙張不要沾上汙跡，以示對人的尊重。
7、後別忘記簽上你的名字。英文信件中本人的親筆簽名，應在印表機列印的姓名拼音的上面。
