面試禮儀1.把握進屋時機
如果沒有人通知,即使前面一個人已經面試結束,也應該在門外耐心等待,不要擅自走進面試房間。自己的名字被喊到,就有力地答一聲“是”,然後再 敲門進入,敲兩三下是較為標準的。敲門時千萬不可敲得太用勁,以裡面聽得見的力度。聽到裡面說:“請進”後,要回答:“打擾了”再進入房間。開門關門儘量要輕,進門後不要用後手隨手將門關上,應轉過身去正對著門,用手輕輕將門合上。回過身來將上半身前傾30度左右,向面試官鞠躬行禮,面帶微笑稱呼一聲“你 好”,彬彬有禮而大方得體,不要過分殷勤、拘謹或過分謙讓。

面試時,握手是最重要的一種身體語言。專業化的握手能創造出平等、彼此信任的和諧氛圍。你的自信也會使人感到你能夠勝任而且願意做任何工作。這是創造好的第一印象的`最佳途徑。怎樣握手?握多長時間?這些都非常關鍵。因為這是你與面試官的初次見面,這種手與手的禮貌接觸是建立第一印象的重要開始,不少企業把握手作為考察一個應聘者是否專業、自信的依據。所以,在面試官的手朝你伸過來之後就握住它,要保證你的整個手臂呈L型(90度),有力地搖兩下,然後把手自然地放下。握手應該堅實有力,有“感染力”。雙眼要直視對方,自信地說出你的名字,即使你是位女士,也要表示出堅定的態度,但不要太使勁,更不要使勁搖晃;不要用兩隻手,用這種方式握手在西方公司看來不夠專業。而且手應當是乾燥、溫暖的。如果他/她伸出手,卻握到一隻軟弱無力、溼乎乎的手, 這肯定不是好的開端。如果你剛剛趕到面試現場,用涼水沖沖手,使自己保持冷靜。如果手心發涼,就用熱水捂一下。
握手時長時間地拖住面試官的手,偶爾用力或快速捏一下手掌。這些動作說明你過於緊張,而面試時太緊張表示你無法勝任這項工作;輕觸式握手顯處你很害怕而且缺乏信心,你在面試官面前應表現出你是個能幹的、善於與人相處的職業者;遠距離在對方還沒伸手之前,就伸長手臂去夠面試官的手,表示你太緊張和害怕,面試者會認為你不喜歡或者不信任他們。
