另外還有一些內容雖然不屬於求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，如求職信的用紙，一般採用A4幅面的紙張，正文用印表機打印出來，信末必須親筆簽名。列印字型不宜過大，這樣會增加篇幅，也不宜太小，給別人增添麻煩。字型不要採用花體，用黑體、宋體、仿宋就可以了，顯得正式而尊重。如沒有特殊情況，儘量少用彩色。總之簡潔大方就可以了，不要弄得過於花哨。
