1、 英文簡歷的格式其實很簡單,可以根據自己的經驗和專業能力搞得新穎一點。但基本上不外乎以下幾個要素,如:

Hobbies(If need):

在Professional Experience 之前的要素,描述不用太長篇,高度概括即可。面試人,特別是老外,可從中看出你的英文概括能力(長句的使用)。

2、英文簡歷中,專業經驗、經歷(Professional Experience)部分是重頭戲。因為這個部分是面試人最感興趣和關心的,以後即使在面試時,也差不多圍繞這個在說話。寫簡歷的人需要花大“手筆”去描述這個部分。怎樣才能描述好,要抓住以下幾個關鍵:

工作職責Responsibility

工作業績Achievement: 如完成了多少指標,如何完成的?管理多少人,利潤提高了多少?等等。

在A,B 中,要不厭其煩地用比較數字說明問題,因為獵頭或面試人可能對你的專業不很瞭解,但每一個人都對跳躍的數字感興趣,並且記得住,如:團隊由最初的3人發展到現在的15人,經銷商由99年的3家擴充套件到2001年的23家等等。

不要光寫成功經驗,也要提及曾經走過的彎路和失敗。最好是寫一個例子,說明原先某個事件看上去已經失敗,但通過你的努力,提高很快,很顯著,你也從中學到很多。告訴面試人或寫在簡歷上你是通過哪些辦法去改變的。老外往往對這一些很感興趣,因為走過彎路再成功的人更吸引人,也對他的公司更具有實際操作意義。

這個部分用詞也有講究,能令人興奮和印象深刻的詞很多,如:rebuild up, developed, exceed, participated, enhanced, coordinated, conducted, assisted processed, implemented, management,prepared, consolidated, contributed more than % for, over, revenue, growth, excellent performance,top,strategy, awarded, significant increase, milestones, etc.
