在歷年的考研複試課程中，我們發現大家準備好的自我介紹中存在一些共性問題，這是由於大家對於優秀自我介紹的特徵認識不足，接下來介紹下自我介紹的.幾點要求，以供參考。
1.態度要謙虛
每一位參加複試的考生都期待自己就是導師想要的人才，而人才不僅要具備過硬的專業素質、能力，更要具有良好的個人品質。因此，當我們作為考生面對導師，我們未來的老師時，更應當態度謙虛。謙虛的態度落實在語言上，就要求謹慎措辭，字裡行間體現我們謙虛的態度。
2.自誇要有力
在短短几分鐘的自我介紹中，要想充分的展現自我，說服導師錄取我，需要一定的技巧，這裡介紹幾種。
當我們展現自身優勢時，僅僅使用概括性的語句，力度不足，舉些例項更能生動形象地再現我們的能力、特質。同時，在實際例子中，我們可以把所取得的成績具體量化，效果更好。當然，除了例項，評價也是自誇的手段之一，而自己的主觀評價可信度不強，相反他人的評價更為客觀、可信，大家可以適當引用他人評價。
3.重點要突出
自我介紹的內容應當有所側重，著重介紹與所報考專業相關的能力、素質，展現自己與專業的匹配度。當然，如果工作經歷比較豐富，可以選取比較有代表性的經歷即可，且這些內容儘量與所報考的專業相關。
4.內容要真實
自我介紹的內容一定要真實，我們把自身的真實經歷有感情地嚮導師講述即可。對於考生的自我介紹，有時，導師會針對其中感興趣的部分提問，因此我們的自我介紹一定要實事求是。這也提示我們針對自我介紹中的引申問題做好準備，認真梳理自學習經歷、工作經歷等。
5.表達要精煉
言多必失，話說的太多不但容易暴露自己的不足，還會讓導師覺得冗長。因此，自我介紹要精煉，精煉就要求大家在準備自我介紹時，通過修改，長句變短句，句子凝練成詞，力求達到精簡、凝練的要求，把我們的自我介紹時間控制在3到5分鐘之內。

In this July, I will get my bachelor’s degree from * * * Medical University, and my major is Clinical medicine . When I was a freshman, I was not content with my specialty and the courses I was learning. So I was very confused.
