I would like to share my phone interview experience which took place yesterday (2013.2.21).
Luckily, I received the invitation to the next phase (case study) two hours after the phone interview, surprisingly quick response.
Here are the interview questions asked (by an Indian MM from Standard Chartered):
1. What courses were you taking at the MBA program?2. How did you learn your English in college? you’ve learnedduring the 2-year study in US and how to apply them tobusiness/daily life?4. Why IG?5. Why Banking?6. Short-term & Long-term career goal7. Inspirationfor banking8. Adapt to change(Example/Detail)9. Different opinions against team members (Example/Detail)emically solve aproblem (Example/Detail)11. Do you have any questions?
The interview lasted for 70 mins.
It was pretty smooth, but got interrupted by terrible phone reception three times.
I was using a mobile phone, but a landline phone for backup is highly recommended.
