英文辯論賽流程1
活動時間：
20xx年3月21日~25日：報名
20xx年3月28日~31日：初賽 Round 1(16進8，每天兩場比賽同時進行)
20xx年4月5日~6日：複賽 Round 2(8進4，每天兩場比賽同時進行)
20xx年4月11日：半決賽 Simi-final(4進2，兩場比賽同時進行)
20xx年4月14日：決賽 Final(冠亞軍決賽+半決賽落敗兩隊決出三、四名)
活動地點：
初賽～半決賽：國際學院一層答疑室(比賽日每晚7:00～8:00)
總決賽：國際學院一層報告廳(比賽日晚7:00～8:30)
參賽方式
大一新生每班各至少派出兩名同學組成一組，共12組。另備有8個自由報名名額，自由報名的同學可自願或隨機分為兩人一組參賽。自由報名名額有限，報滿為止。共計16組選手。
比賽流程
選手及裁判在通知的時間或之前到達比賽場地，如因特殊原因不能參加，應提前告知負責人，在徵得對手以及負責人的.同意後可商議補賽時間。在比賽開始15分鐘後仍未到達的隊伍，視為棄權，對手直接晉級;
比賽於19:00正式開始。主持人介紹規則，工作人員請選手抽籤決定正反方，請評委代表抽籤決定本場題目。主持人宣佈題目並開始15分鐘倒計時，選手利用此15分鐘進行準備，期間可以與隊友自由討論。15分鐘計時停止後，選手關閉通訊裝置，主持人宣佈比賽開始。
第一輪：正方一辯，反方一辯，正方二辯，反方二辯按順序分別陳述觀點，每人限時3分鐘;
第二輪：雙方輪流攻辯，每隊各有7分鐘的自由發言時間，由正方開始發言。期間可以補充之前的觀點或向對方提問，對方亦可以拒絕回答，每隊剩1分鐘時提示一次。當一隊時間用盡則進入下一輪;
第三輪：雙方各派一名代表總結陳詞，限時3分鐘(剩半分鐘時提示一次);
總結陳詞完畢後，選手需離開比賽場地，由評委商議比賽結果;
結果商議完畢後，選手回到各自場地，評委可決定是否進行點評，點評完畢後主持人宣佈比賽結果，本場比賽結束。
比賽規則
初賽：根據簡訊報名順序決定初賽分組，選手於比賽當日通過抽籤決定正反方及辯題;
複賽：初賽勝出的各組選手在比賽結束後通過抽籤決定複賽對手;選手於比賽當日通過抽籤決定正反方及辯題;
半決賽：複賽勝出的選手在比賽結束後通過抽籤決定半決賽對手，選手於比賽當日通過抽籤決定正反方及辯題;半決賽勝出的兩隊進入總決賽，落敗的兩隊進入三、四名爭奪戰;
決賽當日選手通過抽籤決定正反方及辯題;先進行三、四名爭奪戰，再進行總決賽，最後進行頒獎典禮;
初賽及複賽的評委由大二學生、輔導員擔任，半決賽及決賽中的評委由外教擔任，評委組人數始終為單數。比賽採用評委評議決定勝負的辦法，裁決結果由評委組決定，最終解釋權由學實部所有。
比賽要求
1. 嚴格遵守規定時間，不得超時;
2. 必須全程使用英文辯論;
3. 文明比賽，不得對對手言語過激或進行人身攻擊。

Note for the game stage:
In touch after the prompt， have 20 seconds to grace period， the speaker must be within this period to finish their speech， if more than grace period， the penalty points. In 1-4， before the other party may appeal according to the speaker is argument put forward his own point of view (point of information， referred to as POI)
The race stage questioner POI considerations:
1) the POI to short and to the point， tact. It is strictly prohibited according to the rules of the game and personal questions; 2) to stand up from his seat， POI and hands. The questioner can use similar on that point， Sir/Madam speaker attention;
3) the speaker can take the following ways to respond to the other party put forward POI: language refused (similar to Shanghai)， accept questions (similar to "ok");

3， audience member: the audience to sides each ask a question， select a player by both parties. The link at the end of the race， and increase the appreciation of the game， does not affect the result of the match.
