When an interviewer asks this question, s/he is trying to find out whether you believe you can do the job successfully. They’re interested in seeing whether you understand what the job is. 4. When talking about how you would contribute to the company, use the pronoun ‘we’ and talk as if you are have already gotten the job. “I believe that we are in a good position to expand in the market and we should focus on improving sales so we can grow rapidly.”
5. DON’T – be overconfident by saying that you can achieve things that your resume doesn’t support. Don’t claim that you can increase sales if you have never done sales.
