北京語言大學商學院依託北京語言大學得天獨厚的語言環境，以培養“專業領先、外語突出、面向國際、協調發展”的國際化、複合型、應用型人才為目標，以用雙語講授專業課為教學特色，教學組織模式由中外學生分班授課向同堂上課過渡。

北京語言大學商學院下設金融系、會計系、國際經濟與貿易系、管理系，同時設有區域經濟研究中心、金融研究所、MPAcc中心以及商務培訓中心，並擁有一個與路透社終端和世華財訊相聯機的多媒體金融實驗室、基於用友ERP軟體為平臺的會計多媒體實驗室和國際貿易實驗室。商學院招收金融學、會計學(國際會計方向)、國際經濟與貿易和人力資源管理專業的本科生及國際政治專業(國際經濟方向)、計算機應用技術專業(金融統計與資料分析方向、會計資訊系統方向)碩士研究生和會計碩士專業學位研究生(MPAcc)。商學院現已發展成為兼具金融、會計、國際經濟與貿易和管理等多學科、兼收中外學生同堂上課、兼顧國際慣例和國情特色的院級教學獨立單位。
在師資建設方面，學院已建立了一支以中青年教師為骨幹的`師資隊伍，職稱、專業和年齡結構合理，全體教師均能用英語講授專業課。在專業建設方面，學院不斷加大教學改革力度，從辦學模式、課程體系、教材建設、教學方法和手段等方面進行創新，積極進行特色專業建設，金融學專業現已成為校級特色專業建設點。另外，經北京市財政局和北京教育綜合服務中心審批，我院順利通過設立會計從業資格證書考點的申請，我院會計系應屆畢業生只需在本校考點通過《財經法規與會計職業道德》一門考試，即可獲得會計從業資格證書。
近年來，特色辦學成效顯著，我院學生在全國大學生英語考試、金融英語證書考試中名列前茅，在數學、數學建模、商務談判等國內外比賽中也屢獲大獎。目前，我院學生就業前景廣闊，市場普遍看好，受到國內外銀行、證券、投資、保險、進出口貿易公司及其他經濟、管理類用人單位的一致歡迎。

The distinguishing characteristics of Concentration plus English model necessitate higher requirements for a teaching faculty, who are capable of conducting lessons in English. Business School-BLCU has a highly qualified academic faculty with reasonable distributions in terms of specialty, and ness School is engaged in innovation and improvement of teaching curriculums, materials, and methods. The finance specialty is honored as “distinctive” by BLCU.
