A.所有的答案就在你眼前
雅思與其它標準考試不同，它僅考查語言。這對於應試者意味著什麼呢?這表明，雅思考試並不考查你的推理能力。出題者不會給你提供資訊然後讓你基於這些資訊得出結論。相反，他們給你提供資訊並問你這些資訊。基本上，他們都是讓你重複剛剛給你的'資訊。答案就在你眼前!
這一規律如何應用呢?
雖然有時你會被問到一篇文章的主題或為這篇文章選一個合適的標題，但絕大多數的問題都會關注文章中給出的細節資訊。你要做的僅是把他提供的資訊再重複給他。你不會被要求基於這些資訊得出結論。以下面的摘錄為例：
Research in Britain has shown thatgreen consumerscontinue to flourish as a significantsgroupsamongst shoppers. This suggests that politicians who claim environmentalism is yesterdays issue may be seriously misjudging the public d upon this passage, you will never be asked a question like:
