如何在面試中稱呼面試官呢

面試中如果一開始稱呼面試中就沒做好,容易出現尷尬的局面,一出現這種情況,如果你沒應變能力不夠的強的,氣氛就容易怪怪的,所以我們一定要儘量避免這種情況的發生。那麼如何在面試中稱呼面試官呢?

1、如果在面試前知道面試官的姓氏,如果是男士,可以稱呼為例如“李先生”。如果面試官是女士,請不要用“小姐”、“女士”這樣的稱謂。如果知道面試官的具體職位,如:人力資源經理,可以稱呼對方為例如“王經理”。如果對方職位不高,切勿稱呼對方為例如“楊助理”。

2、一般來說,剛剛進去面試的時候,可能還不知道面對的是誰,所以進去以後,如果面試官是一個人,那麼就稱呼“您好!”,在面試的.過程中,面試官會自我介紹,所以在面試結束的時候,可以稱呼對方“姓+職務”,例如:陳經理,道謝並且說再見。

如果面試官有好幾個人,就稱呼“各位老師好!”,面試結束的時候,如果面試官只是2、3人,並且您也記得他們各自的資訊,那就和之前一樣,稱呼“姓+職務”,道謝並且說再見,如果人多的話,還是直接稱呼“各位老師”比較好,不用一個個打招呼。

3、或者,可以事先面試前問一下姓名,交換名片等,如果是外企可以直接稱英文名,如果是民營企業的話可以叫XX先生,XX小姐/女士。

如果當坐在你面前的這位面試官具備這樣幾個特徵:

(1)從來沒有在其他場合見過。

(2)不知道其姓氏。

(3)不知道其職位。

那麼,在這樣的情況下應該如何稱呼面試官呢?這種具有普遍性質的情況,當你見到面試官後,可以直接稱呼“您好”,也可以叫“老師”,如果你是應屆畢業生的話叫“老師”會更親切一點,而且也表示對對方的一種尊重,因為你是剛接觸社會,那麼所有比你年長的人都可以稱之為你的老師,所以我想的話稱呼“老師”也未嘗不可的。
