英文求職信步驟寫作

求職信分為推薦信和自薦信兩種,它是書面表達的重要體裁之一。寫求職信可按下列七個步驟進行:

第一步:介紹訊息來源

介紹訊息來源實際上是求職信的開篇交待句,它可使求職信顯得自然、順暢;而不介紹訊息來源,會使收信人感到意外、突然,文章也缺乏過渡、照應。

第二步:表明求職心願

介紹完訊息來源後,應向收信人表明自己的求職心願,即寫信的目的。

第三步:介紹個人簡歷

某單位需要新人,求職人也有求職心願,但這並不意味著這項工作非你莫屬。如果你沒有幹好這項工作的經歷、實力,也是難以適應的。因此,介紹個人簡歷是必不可少的。

第四步:擺出求職優勢

僅有一定的工作經歷而沒有自身的優勢和特長,也很難求得稱心如意的工作。因此,求職時應表明自己除了具有一定的工作經歷之外,還具有一定的優勢和特長,這樣才能穩操勝券。

第五步:提出獲職打算

第七步:表明感激之情

2、縮句:因為外行人往往很難看懂。不要想當然地認為這是人所皆知的事情。

3、“I”我:因為正規簡歷多用點句,以動詞開頭,是沒有“我”的。當然若在公司簡介中一定要用到一兩次,也不是完全不可以。

4、不利因素:我們講過簡歷原則是不要撒謊,但不寫不等於騙人。揚長避短的道理,我想大家都是知道的。

5、”Reference available upon request.”::這上短短的意思是如需證明,可提供見證人。這在許多英式、港式簡歷港文中經常出現,但是美式的則不要這樣寫。
