拓展閱讀;求職信要“有的放矢”
第一，有的放矢。不要把求職信寫成一種能到處撒網的求職信，然後大量複製，到處投遞。這種不管三七二十一的狂轟濫炸，很少能擊中目標。有效的求職信都具有很強的針對性，或針對公司的某一具體職位而寫。特別提醒：在求職材料的封面、求職信的右上角清楚寫明求職單位和求職崗位，用這種形式來強化求職的針對性。
第二，設定兩個左右的興趣點。寫出你自己關鍵的經歷、最好的成績、重要的特長以及自己的願望、心情和信心等。表明你所特有的教育、技能、個性特徵和將會為招聘單位做出的特殊貢獻等。
第三，特長詞句加黑加粗。在求職信的格式上，對需要特別強調的詞語用另外一種字型打出。例如，“主要特長”用加黑、加粗的字型顯示，便於瀏覽。對特別的段落，採取兩端各縮排兩字的方法處理，更能吸引招聘者的目光。
第四，加個小故事或者事例。在每個人的成長過程中總有一些特別的經歷，對自己的人生道路和人生的看法發生重要的影響，會改變一個人對於機會、金錢和世界觀的看法。尤其是重大的挫折、人生的轉變或者一個悲劇，這樣的事例更能反映出自信、有責任感、不輕言放棄等人皆推崇的品質。
第五，適當地自負一些。“我雖剛剛畢業，但我年輕，有朝氣，有能力完成任何工作。儘管我還缺乏一定的經驗，但我會用時間和汗水去彌補。請領導放心，我一定會保質保量完成各項工作任務。”口氣堅決，信心十足，給人以精力旺盛，“初生牛犢不怕虎”的感覺。
在給求職信加放“鹽”的過程中，一定要記住，“鹽”只能適當地加一點，如果把一碗鹽都倒進鍋裡，後果就可想而知了。
第六，逆向思維，勝人一籌。求職應聘不附和、不隨俗、不從眾，是有主見的表現。有一位同學這樣寫道：“其實我並不覺得貴公司條件有多好，只是感覺比較適合我的專業。而且覺得最後能不能入選，關鍵在於實力而不在於運氣。”這種寫法往往能使招聘者眼前一亮，起到好的效果。
