一、語言表達要簡潔明瞭，避免使用太多的專業屬於和過分複雜的句子。一方面用人單位不會在一份簡歷上花費太多的時間;另外一個方面，簡潔的語言表述也能體現出你珍惜他人的時間。簡潔的求職信你會從中獲得很多的益處。
二、在求職信的第一個段落當中應該明確的告訴對方你是在何家媒體看到應聘廣告以及所要應聘職位的名稱，例如Your advertisement for (職位名稱)a Network Maintenance Engineer in (媒體名稱)the April 10 Student Daily interested me。這樣有助於對方瞭解招聘資訊的有效傳播途徑。
