我叫呂東梅，女，1975年12月出生，1994年畢業於平頂山師範學校普師專業。
中學一級教師，本科文憑。
從教17年來，我一直站在教育工作的最前沿，從事英語教學工作。
我對英語情有獨鍾，我愛說愛用英語。
生動活波的英語課堂是展現我人生風采的陣地。
我在1994—20xx年在夏李鄉第一初級中學教國中畢業班英語12年，年年成績都很拔尖。
20xx年至今在夏李鄉實驗學校教國小五六級的英語。
去年我在“國培計劃—中西部農村骨幹教師培訓專案”這項活動中取得了優異成績，獲得了“北京大學優秀畢業生”的光榮稱號。
我認真貫徹黨的教育方針，忠於職守，兢兢業業，勤學上進。
基礎教育改革實施以來，我積極投入到新課程改革的工作之中，在課改方面進行探究，反思，並取得了可喜的成效，積累了一些經驗。
