案例一：共享單車存在安全隱患問題
馮先生向法院起訴稱，今年1月28日21時左右，他從地鐵八通線中國傳媒大學站出站，通過手機掃碼租用了拜克洛克公司投放運營的ofo共享單車。在騎行不到100 米處遇到下坡，結果自行車剎車突然失靈，導致他連人帶車失控摔倒。
據馮先生回憶，當時其面部著地，牙齒當場折斷5顆、缺損1顆，脣部、面部均受傷嚴重，經診斷為上下脣內外及面部挫裂傷，鼻樑骨折。馮先生認為，拜克洛克公司投放的產品應經國家有關部門許可，應保證產品不存在質量缺陷和安全隱患，運營過程中亦應做好維護保養檢修工作，保障使用者人身安全。為此，馮先生將拜克洛克公司訴至法院，要求該公司賠償醫療費、誤工費、傷殘賠償金、後續治療費、交通費、精神損害撫慰金等共2萬元。
另外筆者表示，連續幾天在上班路途中都遇見共享單車因車胎沒氣被丟棄在路中間的現象。
案例二：共享單車遭破壞層出不窮
如今在城市大熱的共享單車，遭遇人為破壞的案例越來越多。近日，在廣東廣州市海珠區康樂湧，記者就目睹了環衛工人從湧裡打撈9輛共享單車，其中有摩拜、小藍、ofo、小鳴。這些車，跟它的其他同伴們，不知何時被人沉河。
在北京、上海等地，共享單車遭遇“人為的傷害”屢見不鮮。作為一種網際網路經濟，共享單車有助於建設一個低成本、高效率的社會。共享單車不僅倡導了一種健康、環保的生活方式，也便利了老百姓的出行，降低了公眾的出行成本。惠民、利民的共享單車，卻成為一些人的“眼中釘，肉中刺”，欲除之而後快。
案例三：首起摩拜單車失竊案作出判決
12月6日，澎湃新聞記者從上海市閔行區人民法院獲悉，該法院對閔行區首起摩拜單車失竊案作出一審判決，判處韓某拘役三個月，緩刑三個月，並處罰金人民幣1000元。
據法院介紹，中年男子韓某現年50多歲，他從江蘇揚州農村來上海打工。經過多日觀察，韓某發現自己租住房屋小區的門口，有一輛摩拜單車多日無人問津，遂於2016年9月14日夜裡11點多，將該單車搬回自己的'住處。
四天後，該單車所屬公司員工通過裝在摩拜單車上的定位裝置進行精確定位，並按照定位的地址找到了韓某家，大門緊閉，該公司員工選擇報警。
到案後，韓某表示，他認為涉案單車外觀大氣，顏色美觀，比較高大上，便動了將該單車據為己有的念頭。他不知道的是涉案單車價值1800元。法院審理後認為，韓某以非法佔有為目的，祕密竊取公私財物，數額較大，其行為已構成盜竊罪，依法應予懲處。但其有坦白情節，可以從輕處罰，據此，法院做出瞭如上判決。
