摘要

可程式序控制器(Programmable controller)簡稱PLC,由於PLC的可靠性高、環境適應性強、靈活通用、使用方便、維護簡單,所以PLC的應用領域在迅速擴大。對早期的PLC,凡是有繼電器的地方,都可採用。而對當今的PLC幾乎可以說凡是需要控制系統存在的地方就需要PLC。尤其是近幾年來,PLC的成本下降,功能又不段增強,所以,目前PLC在國內外已被廣泛應用於各個行業。本設計是為了實現送料小車的手動和自動化的轉化,改變以往小車的單純手動送料,減少了勞動力,提高了生產效率,實現了自動化生產!而且本送料小車的'設計是由於工作環境惡劣,不允許人進入工作環境的情況下孕育而成的。本文從第一章送料小車的系統方案的確定為切入點,介紹了為什麼選用PLC控制小車;第二章介紹了送料小車的應達到的控制要求;第三章根據控制要求進行了小車系統的具體設計,包括端子接線圖、梯形圖(分段設計說明和系統總梯形圖)和程式指令設計;

最後得出結論。
