面試的方式

面試的方式很多,概括起來有以下幾種。

(1)模式化面試。由主考官根據預先準備好的詢問題和有關細節,逐一發問。其目的是為了獲得有關應試者全面,真實的材料,觀察應試者的儀表,談吐和行為,以及溝通意見等。

(2)問題式面試。由主考官對應試者提出一個問題或一項計劃,請應試者予以完成解決。其目的'是為了觀察應試者在特殊情況中的表現,以判斷其解決問題的能力。

(3)非引導式面試(無目的式面試)。即主考官海闊天空地與應試者交談,讓應試者自由地發表議論,儘量活躍氣氛,在閒聊中觀察應試者的能力、知識、談吐和風度。

(4)壓力式面試。由主考官有意識地對應應試者施加壓力,針對某一問題做一連串的發問,不僅詳細,而且追根問底,直至無法回答。甚至有意識刺激應試者,看應試者在突如其來的壓力下能否做出恰當的反應,以觀察其機智程度和應變能力。

(5)綜合式面試。由主考官通過多種方式綜合考察應試者多方面的才能。如用外語同應試者會話以考察其外語水平,讓應試者抄寫一段文字以考察其書法,讓應試者講一段課文以考察其演講能力等,也許還會要求應試者現場操作等。

以上幾種面試是根據面試的內容劃分的。在實際面試過程中,主考官可能只採取一種面試方式,也可能同時採用幾種面試方式。
