教你在面試中“察顏觀色”

要提高求職的成功率,除了必要的專業知識和麵試準備、良好的心理素質和合適的儀表等不可或缺的.要素外,求職者還要學會在面試時候“察顏觀色”。

在面試中,單位和求職者直接見面,形成了一個人際互動的局面,求職者學會如何看懂對方的“臉色”,也是求職過程中不可忽視的一項能力。因為面試官在與求職者交談過程中,他的臉色、神態和舉止也相應地表達了他的想法和意圖。

有時候,求職者在面試中介紹自身的某個特長,面試官卻不時地移開目光,那麼他很可能對求職者的介紹並沒有特別在意或沒有興趣,求職者應當儘快跳過,看是否還有值得向他介紹的其他資訊。有時,面試官一再詢問求職者是否擁有英語四六級、計算機或其他門類等級證書等,很顯然,該公司著重想招聘的是複合型的人才,求職者應該把獲得的證書一個不少地展示出來,把自身的特長一一介紹出來。

再如,求職者在表述出自己的薪水和待遇等方面的要求後,對方面露難色,或者是態度沒有剛才自然,那麼說明對方在這個問題上持保留意見。假如低於這個薪水,求職者確實感到不甚滿意,可以直接說出來,看對方如何對答。假如這個職位在發展前景上很有潛力,那麼求職者在此時就應該巧妙地表示願意放低一點要求,從而避免僅僅因薪水問題上的小小分歧而錯過一個不錯的職位。當然,想真正解讀出對方的心意,有時不能只聽他說了哪些話,更要緊地是看他是如何表述這些話的。這點需要求職者儘量多到求職場上“實戰”,才能更好地把握“察顏觀色”這項求職技能。
