要點：招聘不僅僅是看你的能力，你的人品以及思想也是重要的考核點。一個願意為社會付出的人肯定也願意為公司付出。
回答示範：
（1）I would donate it to the medical research because I want to do something to help others.
（2）I prefer to donate it to educational institutions. Education is an important part of development.
（3）I would donate it to the charity for homeless people.
2. What do you like to do when you are not working? 業餘時間裡，你喜歡做什麼？
要點：這看起來是個閒問題，但也能反映出不少資訊。千萬別亂說一些睡懶覺，看肥皂劇這樣的事情。最好是挑選一些有目的性的有益的'事情來說。比如看新聞了解時事。
回答示範：
（1）I like playing tennis. It can make me relaxed and help me release pressure.
（2）I like reading news. It helps me understand the world. And I'm good at searching information. I think it's a good skill for working.
3. What is most important in your life right now? 眼下你生活中最重要的是什麼？
要點：當然是找到工作啦~還可以提及一些積極向上的事。
回答示範：
（1）To get a job in my field is most important to me.
（2）To secure employment hopefully with your company.
（3）It's important to improve myself and then I'm able to do good work.
4. How do you handle your conflict with your colleagues in your work? 你如何處理與同事在工作中的意見不和？
要點：依然是考驗人際關係處理的題。大家要相處融洽才能好好工作嘛~
回答示範：
（1）I will try to present my ideas in a more clear and civilized manner in order to get my points across.
（2）I'll try to avoid a quarrel, tell him that I understand his words and explain my ideas again.
