摘要 農業是我國低端產業，具有很高的自然和市場風險。近年來，農業自然災害呈現加重趨勢。防範農業風險,必須依賴於1套完整的農業風險防範體系,保險則是防範農業風險的根本出路。20世紀90年代以來,作為農業的`1個重要屏障和支援,我國農業保險的發展處於停滯不前、日益萎縮的局面。本文從影響我國農業保險的幾個因素出發,分析我國農業保險發展受阻的根本原因,試圖找出完善我國農業保險的1些構想。
