摘要:隨著工業自動化的普及與發展,要求有更加先進穩定、可靠的監控裝置加入到控制系統中,以完成資料的`採集以及裝置的安全執行。作為當今工廠企業重要的自動化控制裝置之1,可程式邏輯控制器(PLC)已經被廣泛的用於現代工業控制系統中,尤其適用於邏輯、順序過程控制。它正隨著計算機、通訊、網路等技術的進步全面迅速發展。
序批式活性汙泥法,簡稱SBR法,是1種中、小型的汙水處理方法。SBR工藝汙水處理計算機監控系統的核心是可程式序控制器(PLC)。採用PLC不僅能夠適應水處理系統的工藝特點,而且代表了現代工業的發展方向。
此監控系統分為上位機和下位機設計,系統的下位機採用了先進的西門子S7-200系列PLC(CPU 224)構成汙水處理過程的控制核心,使用自由口通訊協議與微機通訊。
本文首先對水資源和SBR汙水處理工藝作了1些介紹,然後敘述了PLC控制系統和protel 99,討論了除錯過程中出現的問題並提出瞭解決方案。最後系統達到預期的要求。

The Lower Position Machine Control System Design of The Craft Sewage Treatment Based on SBR

Abstract: Along with the popularization and the development of industrial automation, In order to complete the data gathering and the safety running of the equipment, more advanced, stable and reliable monitoring equipments are required to join the control system. As one of the important automation control devices in nowadays factories, the programmable logical controller (PLC) has already been used widely in the modern industry control system, especially for the logical, order process control. It is developing rapidly along with the progress of the computer, communication, network and so on. Sequencing Batch Reactor, which is called the SBR law, is a kind of center and small sewage treatment method core of SBR craft sewage treatment computer supervisory system is the programmable foreword controller (PLC). Using PLC not only could adapt to the craft characteristic of the water disposal system, but also represents the modern industry developed direction. This supervisory system is divided into the upper position machine and the lower position machine design, the system of the lower position machine uses advanced Simens S7-200 series PLC (CPU 224) to constitute the sewage treatment process the control core, and uses Free mouth correspondence agreement to communicate with the microcomputer.
This paper first has made some introductions to the water resources and the SBR technology for disposing of polluted water , then narrated the PLC control system and protel 99, discussed the issue which in the debugging process appears and proposed the solution.
