摘 要
聲樂是1門綜合藝術，是通過歌唱的各種技能技巧與人的思想情感有機結合來表現的，然而在聲樂的演唱和教學中，人們比較重視的往往只是歌唱的各種技能技巧，而容易忽略另1個重要問題，那就是心理因素對演唱和教學所起到的作用和影響。那麼為了正確、規範、完美地來表現聲樂藝術，本文將從歌唱心理的重要性；哪些不良心理因素影響著歌唱心理；以及如何來培養良好的歌唱心理進行論述。

ABSTRACT
Vocal music is a comprehensive art, which is to display music by connecting both various techniques and skills of vocal music, on which people, however, put more emphasis on the performance and teaching but neglect the other important factor----psychological effects and its influence on singing and teaching. In order to express vocal music pieces correctly and perfectly, this paper elaborates the importance of psychology of singing; what kind of negative psychology to effect singing; and how to cultivate positive psychology of singing.
