所謂公司章程，指公司依法制定公司名稱、住所、範圍、制度等基本檔案，也是公司必備的規定公司組織及活動基本規則的書面檔案。公司章程翻譯是對國界企業股東共同的意思表示，它載明瞭公司組織和活動的基本準則，公司章程翻譯也是公司憲**的'一種。
公司章程翻譯具有法定性、真實性、自治性和公開性的基本特徵。公司章程翻譯與《公司法翻譯》一樣，共同肩負調整公司活動的責任。
公司章程翻譯對公司的成立及運營具有十分重要的意義。

"Secretary" includes any person appointed to perfonn the duties of Secretary of the Company and includes any person appointed to perform the duties of Secretary temporarily.
“祕書”包括任何經指定擔任和臨時擔任公司祕書職務的人士。
"Dividend" includes bonus
“股息”包括紅利。
"Member" means a registered holder of shares of the Company
“股東成員”是指公司股份的登記持有人。
"Month" means calendar month.
“月份”是指日曆月。
"Founder" meansXXXX.

"Shareholders" means shareholders of the Company
“股東”是指公司的股東。
"Investor" meansXXXX.
“投資人”是指XXXX。
"SEEDS Completion Date" means the date on which the subscription by XXXX for new shares in the Company was completed.
“SEEDS完成日期”指XXX認購本公司新股完成的日期。
Writing shall include printing and lithography and any other mode or modes of representing or reproducing words in a visible form.
書面檔案應包括印刷和手寫及任何其它以可視方式表達和複製的文字。
Words importing the singular number only shall include the plural number, and vice versa.
單數形式的詞語亦包括複數，反之亦然。
Words importing the masculine gender only shall include the feminine gender.
陽性形式的詞語亦包括陰性。
Words importing persons shall include corporations.
本章程所述的“人”亦包括公司。
Subject as aforesaid, any words or expressions defined in the Act shall, except where the subject or context forbids, bear the same meanings in these Articles.
