本人xxx，身份證號——，是xxx有限公司的`股東，茲由於上述公司經營需要向中國銀行股份有限公司申請公司授信,辦理貸款手續時，委託xxx，身份證號——，作為我的代理人，簽署相關檔案，包括但不限於《最高額擔保》、《最高額抵押合同》、《股東會決議》、《簽字樣本》及其他相關檔案，本人將都予以承認。擔保範圍為授信債務本金及相應利息、罰息、違約金、應付費等，擔保方式為：提供連帶責任保證和抵押擔保，期間為被擔保債務最後一期履行期屆滿之日起兩年。本委託書有效期十年。

I hereby authorize xxx whose ID number is xxx to be my proxy, process a loan and sign relative documents which include but not limited to “Guarantee for the Upper Limit”, “Mortgage Contract for The Upper Limit”, “Shareholder Meeting Resolution “, “Specimen Signature”, and other relative documents. The range of assurance includes the principal, corresponding interest, default interest, penalty, and other payable expense and so on. The guarantee shall be in form of providing surety ship of joint and several liabilities, collateral mortgage. And the guarantee period will be two years (The secured debt to the date of expiration of the period is two years after the last term for performing.). This letter of authorization is valid for ten years.
