現場招聘面試技巧
1.請自我介紹。
這是你如何面對面試的第一個問題。請簡短地介紹你的主要工作經歷。如果你是節節高升的工作經歷,那麼就從過去講到現在,如果你想強調你目前,也就是最近的'職位的工作經驗對你所要應聘的職位有很大的幫助,那麼就從現在開始介紹。當然,有一些公司的HR會規定你的自我介紹順序。
2.你為何會辭職?
辭職動機可以告訴HR,你的職業價值觀,和哪些因素會影響你的工作穩定性。這是非常容易回答“出錯”的問題。你需要積累經驗。
3.你的優點和缺點是什麼?
對於優點,不必謙虛,直接說就好了。至於缺點,現在很有趣的現像是,即使你回答的是你真的缺點,面試官也會說:這個缺點誰都有的,這並不能算是你的缺點。有幾次我是在說自己真的缺點,但面試官還是那麼說的。
4.你對本公司和本職位有什麼瞭解?
儘量的研究JD和從獵頭那裡得到的訊息,找到與你之前工作經驗相關的部分。你把JD打印出來貼在牆上一點也不過分,若這份工作能讓你的薪水翻幾番。
5.你為什麼覺得你適合此職位?或你能給我們公司帶來什麼?我們為什麼應該僱傭你?你為何要應聘這個職位?
直接表達你的意願就好了,重點是你能給公司帶來什麼,當然也要表達你能從這個職位當中獲得什麼,因為HR不會相信哪些高階職位會招聘到完全貢獻,願意犧牲自己應得利益的人,這也是一種不成熟的表現。“我進公司主要是為了學習,工資多少我不在乎”這種句型只適合應屆畢業生,和一些低階職位的應聘。但通常你只很直接地說出一個答案:因為薪水,是非常糟糕的答案,除非你能告訴公司你為什麼值得這個薪水。如果是獵頭推薦的職位,在有些情況薪水是已經談好的,沒有必要再提。同時,幾乎所有的公司都會盡可能把每個職位定在最可能低的水準,如果你只回答是因為薪水,這會讓你非常掉價,因為公司通常是願意要招聘到物超所值的人,而不是僅僅剛夠到最低工資水準的人。
