寫法：用心創造有個性的求職信
雖然求職信一般來說包括1.你得知這份工作的管道。2.學歷及職歷的概要。3.你的個性以及能力。4.聯絡地點、聯絡方式，以及最後的感謝語等，但其實這裡可以發揮創意的空間非常的大。求職信的`訴求在於延續履歷表的內容，更清楚的表現工作企圖心、個性、特質等。另外，有時寫些自己平時喜歡從事的活動來補充履歷也很不錯。
舉例來說，你甚至可以這麼寫：「我工作時專注的耐力就是從釣魚中培養出來的」。
求職信的書寫訣竅
1.表現自我的個性及特質
建議使用積極正面的陳述方式。
2.文章不可冗長
控制在總共四段、每段五行以內。
3.前瞻性的氣魄
具有勇於突破與開創氣質的人是外商公司的最愛。因此並不需要對之前辭職的原委做太多的解釋。
4.少用第一人稱
為了避免流於自大與主觀的缺點，儘量少用第一人稱。
說明你從何處得知這個工作機會
這是最基本的部份。一般來說會將媒體廣告的名稱改用別的字型書寫或用底線加以標記。在這個段落中也可加上你的目標。
強調自己就是最佳的人選
這是最精華的段落。要依據求才廣告的內容，將自己的能力及特色恰如其份的包裝起來。不過在工作經驗不足的情況下，要避免將自己吹噓的過分離譜。
在結尾部份注意應有的禮貌
最後的部份建議要以感謝對方在百忙之中閱讀這份履歷，並且“誠摯的期望能得到面試的機會”、“希望有榮幸能為公司效力”這樣的句子作為結尾，讓主管留下好的印象
