很高興通知您，您已被xxxx公司錄用。在此對您加盟xxxx表示歡迎，並請您2008年x.月x日來公司報到，公司需要您在來公司報到時提供以下檔案：
We are pleased to inform you that we’ve decided to employ you as one member of our here extend to you our warm welcome to join us and hope you could be upon arrival at x/x/2008 (M /D) to register for our company, and to fill in a copy of employee’s Register format. You are requested to provide the following documents to company on the registration date:
1)原單位離職證明，由原單位蓋章(入職當天請提交);

offer錄取通知
offer，全稱是offer letter，漢語解釋為錄用信、錄取通知。所謂offer letter，還沒一個統一的`名字，有人稱之為“錄取通知”，有人謂之“錄用信”，也有人稱為“要約函”。以前一般是說外企或國外學校發的表達自己願意錄用的一封格式類似的信件，後來很多人都把自己接到公司的“offer letter”，電話通知等一類的叫offer，被公司通知面試合格能夠錄用就說收到了offer，而真正發offer letter的也只是很正規的大企業。此外，也有人說offer是“錄取通知書加全額獎學金”。
