音樂“課程標準”實施下的冷思考

摘   要

2001年7月教育部頒佈了《全日制義務教育音樂課程標準(實驗稿)》,(以下簡稱《標準》),並計劃在5年內逐步向全國推廣。2006年即標準頒佈實施的第5年,回顧標準對我國21世紀初音樂教育的重大影響,其中有成果也有教訓,其成果是標準頒佈以來,音樂教育的重心從單純注重傳授知識轉向注重學生學習能力、實踐能力的培養,實現了課程性質和價值觀的轉變,學生學習方式的轉變,重視音樂教育對人的創造性思維的.發展,豐富了音樂教育的人文內涵,改進和完善了評價機制。但是《標準》在實施中也出現了諸多問題,本文從以下幾個方面進行闡述:首先是《標準》實施下的問題,如課堂教學重形式輕內容、後期管理滯後;其次是針對問題提出的對策,如兼顧內容與形式、完善後期管理等等。

ABSTRACT

The State Education Department issued The Music Course Standards of Full-time Compulsory Education in June, 2001 and planned to popularize it in five years. Review the five years the Standards being carried out, both achievements and lessons can be found. Since the Standards was issued, the focus of music teaching has been moved from sole knowledge impartation to cultivation of learning skill and practice skill; the nature and the value orientation of the course has changed. The Standards has brought the change of students’ learning style and the development of students’ creative thinking. The humanism intention of music teaching has been enriched and the evaluation system has been improved and perfected. But meanwhile, many problems has been appearing in the process of carrying out the Standards, disorder appears in classroom teaching; traditional teaching media is despised and the quality of textbook is not guaranteed.
