我國水權交易的經濟學分析
摘 要：在我國，隨著經濟的高速發展，水資源的供需矛盾日益突出。我國是個水資源嚴重稀缺的國家，為使我國的經濟得到可持續的發展，合理配置水資源成為當務之急。實現準市場化的水權交易則是解決該問題正在全球範圍內探索和實踐的道路。本文以產權明晰為基礎，討論水權的'優化配置，分析我國水權交易的背景、供需關係及我國水權交易的效率。全文分為4個部分。首先，闡述我國水權交易的概述及國外水權交易的借鑑。其次，分析我國水權交易的背景，包括水權交易的社會背景和資源背景。然後，對我國水權交易的經濟學分析，分析水權的供求關係，外部性，水權交易的效率。最後，對我國水權交易的進行案例分析。分為區域間的水權交易和不同使用者間的水權交易，提出建立我國水權交易市場的對策。
