摘 要： “女大學生就業難”問題成了1個不容忽視的問題，引起了社會的廣泛關注。由於經濟因素、用人單位及大學生本身等因素的制約，在當前大學生就業的整體形勢10分嚴峻的情況下，女大學生就業更是難上加難。筆者運用供求關係、勞動力使用成本差異、失業理論、性別工資差異模型、貝克爾的'歧視理論對女大學生就業難的問題進行經濟學分析，從而提出從根本上改善女大學生就業難問題的對策。

The economic analysis of the female university students employment
Abstract: Restricted by the factor of economy, units of employment and female university students and themselves, etc. The whole employment situation of female university students is very severe at present. It is extremely more difficult for female university students to obtain employment. The relations of supply and demand, unemployment theory and Beckers discrimination theory have been used to analyze the difficulty for women college students in obtaining employment. Some measures to solve this difficult problem are proposed.
