有的'求職者喜歡簡潔的就會有求職者追求奢華的,他們認為求職者如何在個人簡歷中吸引對方眼球,只有突出文采才是重點。其實這種觀點也是錯誤的,奢華精彩的長篇大作可能讓考官找不到重點從而沒有太大的耐心,沒有了耐心你的個人簡歷還有什麼作用麼?有的求職者為了突出自己的某一優點,會在個人簡歷中不斷的提起這個優點。其實這個優點出現2—3次就足以讓考官記住了。如果選擇不斷的重複這一點會讓考官覺得你沒有別的話可以講了,所以才在不停的重複一個內容,過凸顯只會讓考官忘掉你其他的能力。
