有的求職者認為現在很多簡介都寫的又臭又長,所以在設計自己的個人簡歷 時選擇言簡意賅,除了自我介紹 和工作目標,其他都選擇不寫。以為這樣可以讓考官認為自己做事幹淨利索,突出自己的辦事能力。其實考官並不會想那麼多,他只會覺得你沒有工作經歷而且能力很少,直接將你PASS了。
有的'求職者喜歡簡潔的就會有求職者追求奢華的,他們認為求職者如何在個人簡歷中吸引對方眼球,只有突出文采才是重點。其實這種觀點 也是錯誤的,奢華精彩的長篇大作可能讓考官找不到重點從而沒有太大的耐心,沒有了耐心你的個人簡歷還有什麼作用麼?有的求職者為了突出自己的某一優點,會在個人簡歷中不斷的提起這個優點。其實這個優點出現2—3次就足以讓考官記住了。如果選擇不斷的重複這一點會讓考官覺得你沒有別的話可以講了,所以才在不停的重複一個內容,過凸顯只會讓考官忘掉你其他的能力。
