電話突然打來怎麼辦

企業突然來電,往往令你措手不及,也許你正在上課,也許正在運動,也許正在公車上,此時沒有任何準備,建議你首先試探看看對方是否可以給你一些準備時間稍後再進行電話面試,如“對不起,我正在有事,能不能換個時間給您打電話?”等等,千萬不要說自己沒有準備,否則很有可能讓你失去這次機會。

一旦贏得時間,最先做的應是馬上攤開資料寫一份提綱,從容應答。當你能坦然放鬆地與對方進行電話交談時,應該將對方單位名稱、招聘崗位,以及你所感興趣的職位等弄清楚。

假若對方表示佔用時間很短,要你配合的話,也不要緊張,先找個安靜的地方坐下,然後理清思路,先做簡短的自我介紹,之後有條不紊地回答提問。

電話面試會問什麼

為確認求職簡歷的真實性,企業人事部門首先會對簡歷內容進行確認,看看是否有漏洞,是否有不符合事實的地方。此時,應聘者必須冷靜快速地回答問題,回答過程中的任何猶豫都有可能給對方造成說謊的印象。因此,最好將簡歷放在手邊,可以看著內容回答提問。
