摘 要
在基礎教育課程改革全面展開的背景下，隨著科技進步，多媒體教學等現代化科技教育教學改革，教師素質是問題的關鍵。在新1輪基礎教育改革的背景下，就中國小音樂教育來說，新的音樂教育理念和音樂課積極性的措施，給音樂教師隊伍衝擊與挑戰是前所未有的.。要使基礎音樂教育改革順利開展，打造1支新型的適應教學要求的教師隊伍至關重要。本文主要就中國小音樂教師的素質這1論題展開，重點就適應當前教育教學需要的中國小音樂教師的素質結構及素質的提高與優化的途徑！

ABSTRACT
Reforms under the background in the elementary education curriculum which launches comprehensively, along with the advance in technology, modernized science and technology education educational reforms and so on multimedia teaching, the teacher quality is the question key. In under the new turn elementary education reform background, the elementary and middle schools music education, the new music education idea and the music lesson enthusiastic measure, for music teacher troop impact and the challenge is unprecedented.
