摘 要
文字是文化的符號，是文化的1種表現形式，它本身體現了人們的思維方式和認知方式。成語作為中華民族語言文化精華，體現了漢民族的語言文化、文化習俗、物質文化等豐富的文化內涵和民族精神，具有重要的文化學研究意義。

ABSTRACT
The character is a symbol of cultural, is one kind of the cultural’s manifestation, has manifested peoples thinking mode and the cognition way itself. As Chinese language culture essence, Chinese idiom has manifested the language culture, the custom cultural, the material culture of the Han nationalitys rich cultural connotation and the national spirit, has the important cultural science research significance.

緒論
德國語言學家洪堡特認為，民族語言即民族精神。語言和文化的關係還體現在語言不僅僅是人際交流和記錄文化的符號系統，而且它還是我們感知和理解世界的形式。也就是說人是按照他語言的形式來接受世界的，這種接受形式決定了他的'思維、感情、知覺、意識和無意識的格局。因此，我們必須重視語言所包含的文化意義及其與文化的相互作用。
漢語成語數量龐大，形式完整，內容精練。同1般詞彙相比，漢語成語同文化的關係表現得更為明顯、突出，也極富個性。成語是中華民族智慧的結晶，是長期生活經驗的概括。成語主要來源1是神話、寓言，2是歷史故事和傳記，3則來自文學作品和口頭俗語，可以說來源廣泛。從成語中，我們可以瞭解到中華民族文化的各個方面，從天文、曆法、地理、歷史、文學、軍事、宗教、道德倫理、思想觀念到飲食、服飾、器具、禮俗、樂律等。本文擬從文化角度，即把語言現象與民族文化現象結合起來進行研究，著力闡述漢語成語與漢民族文化之間的關係。
