酒店商務客人與觀光客人需求比較研究
摘要：商務客人與觀光客人是酒店兩大主要客源型別，商務客人與觀光客人的.需求既有相同點也有不同點，兩者對飲食衛生、舒適的客房、安全保障與娛樂設施的需求相同，但兩者對酒店大堂、酒店設施、房間型別與房間價格的需求也存在明顯的差異。本文通過對商務客人與觀光客人的需求進行對比分析，針對商務客人與觀光客人需求的共同點與不同點，提出了相應的在酒店經營服務中的應用措施。
