摘要：開放與市場，特別是證券市場，對我國城市體制改革和市場經濟體制的'發展具有重要的作用。近年來，我國證券市場有了長足的發展，但由於起步較晚，在發展中也暴露出了不少。本文著重從我國證券市場的現狀入手，剖析證券市場存在的主要問題，並在此基礎上提出了證券市場的發展構想。
