摘 要:當前,我國的裝備製造產業發展面臨著較多的問題和挑戰,整體產業技能水平不高,經營管理不科學、不規範等問題突出,無一不影響和制約著我國裝備製造業的良性、健康、穩定發展。同時,遼寧省作為我國傳統的老工業基礎之一,雖然在歷史發展過程中積累了一定的重工業發展基礎,但後續發展乏力,尤其是其裝備製造產業發展過程中存在的問題也較為突出,生產方式較為傳統、滯後,粗放式經濟增長特點明顯,人力資源管理與人力資本建設不具備競爭力等,這些都成為當前遼寧省裝備製造業發展的阻礙。

DZ公司作為遼寧省區域較大型的重工裝備製造企業,在長期的發展與市場改制過程中奠定了一定的`行業競爭基礎,但自身存在的問題也較多,例如企業缺乏長期發展的戰略規劃,內部的經營管理體制、機制不健全、不完善,這些問題的產生既有歷史原因,也有企業管理自身的原因,而其中戰略管理不完善、不科學是主要原因。本文以企業戰略管理的相關理論為基礎,運用PEST及波特五力模型等分析工具對DZ公司所面對的外部環境進行了分析,識別了其主要的機會和威脅,同時對DZ公司的內部資源和能力進行了分析,識別其主要的優勢和劣勢,進而釆用SWOT分析法構建DZ公司發展戰略,提出了從人才結構、機制創新、業務創新、管理創新四個層面下的相應的戰略實施與保障措施。

本研究範圍力求全面、系統,研究物件的選取也力求具有代表性和典型性,在此基礎上,所得出的結論能為包括DZ公司在內的我國裝備製造企業的發展研究提供一定的參考與借鑑。

Abstract:At present,the development of equipment manufacturing industry in China is facingmany problems and challenges facing the industry development, skill level of the wholeindustry is not high,the management is not scientific,the problems such as nonstandardprojecting, without influence and restrict the benign, healthy, stable development of China'sequipment manufacturing industry. At the same time, Liaoning Province as one of the oldindustrial base of China's traditional,although in the process of historical development andaccumulated the development of heavy industry base, but the follow-up development is lackof power,especially in the development of equipment manufacturing industry in question isalso more prominent,more traditional, backward mode of production, extensive economicgrowth characteristics obviously, human resources management and human capitalconstruction does not have competitive power, these have become the current Liaoningprovince equipment manufacturing industry development obstacles.

DZ company is a large heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province,the development and market reform in the process of long-term laid a certain industrycompetition, but its still has a lot of problems,such as lack of strategic planning andlong-term development, management system and mechanism, internal is not perfect, notperfect, these problems have both historical reason, also has enterprise own reason,and thestrategic management is not perfect, is not science the main reason. Based on the relatedtheories of enterprise strategic management, the use of PEST and the Potter five forces modelanalysis tools in the face of the exterior environment of DZ company are analyzed, identifyopportunities and threats of the main, and the DZ company's internal resources and capacityanalysis, identify the main strengths and weaknesses, and then using SWOT analysis toestablish a development strategy, DZ company, put forward from the personnel structure,mechanism innovation, service innovation, management innovation from four levels of thecorresponding strategy implementation and guarantee measures.

The scope of this study is comprehensive, system,the selection of the research object totypical and representative, on the basis of this,the conclusions can provide some referencesfor China's equipment manufacturing enterprises including the DZ companies.
