To a large degree,the measure of our peace of mind is determined by how much we are able to live in the present spective of what happened yesterday or last year,and what may or may not happen tomorrow,the present moment is where you are --always.

Without question,many of us have mastered the neurotic1) art of spending much of our lives worrying about a variety of things --all at allow past problems and future concerns to dominate our present moments,so much so that we end up anxious,frustrated,depressed,and the flip side,we also postpone our gratification,our stated priorities2),and our happiness,often convincing ourselves that someday will be better than rtunately,the same mental dynamics3) that tell us to look toward the future will only repeat themselves so that someday never actually Lennon once said,Life is whats happening while were busy making other were busy making other plans,our children are busy growing up,the people we love are moving away and dying,our bodies are getting out of shape,and our dreams are slipping short,we miss out4) on life.

Many people live as if life were a dress rehearsal5) for some later fact,no one has a guarantee that he or she will be here is the only time we have,and the only time that we have any control our attention is in the present moment,we push fear from our is the concern over events that might happen in the future--we won t have enough money,our children will get into trouble,we will get old and die,whatever.

To combat fear,the best strategy6) is to learn to bring your attention back to the Twain said,I have been through some terrible things in my life,some of which actually happened.I dont think I can say it any tice keeping your attention on the here and efforts will pay great dividends.

生活是我們自己的事情,未來的路該去向何方,需要我們自己做出選擇。生活是自己的事情,為 什麼非要把他人牽扯進來擾亂自己本該寧靜的心扉?如果因為自己的過錯或處境而去抱怨別人,那是 對自己的不負責任和對他人的侮辱。永遠不要一直想法子去針對他人,也永遠不要對他人仇恨下去, 否則,有一天,你會不知道自己究竟是誰。生活是我們自己的事情,為什麼要把自己的事情往別人身 上推呢?要想活得精彩,就需要自己不斷努力,不斷付出。是自己的錯,就不要指責他人。

其實,這個世界並不算太壞,只是我們把它想得太複雜,習慣性地找些理由來欺騙自己。生活是自己的事情,我們有理由選擇怎樣去使自己變得更好、更成熟、更有魅力.生活中我們需要顧慮的太 多,但要想飛得更高,不妨試著把地平線忘掉。
