皮革企業競爭力研究從價值鏈視角分析-海寧皮革企業

摘  要

企業要想在競爭環境中始終立於不敗之地,就必須提升自身的競爭力,國內外學者從資源基礎理論、核心競爭力、企業能力理論和產業叢集等角度分別進行了大量的研究,本文從價值鏈的角度來研究如何提升海寧皮革企業的競爭力。
現在的皮革企業競爭不再是企業實體之間的競爭,而是價值鏈的虛擬環節之間和價值鏈之間的競爭,通過訪談和實地調查等方法,在波特的價值鏈和其他學者的研究基礎之上,對海寧皮革企業的競爭力和價值鏈進行綜合分析,認為皮革企業的價值鏈在企業內部是由各部門流程組成的價值增值的鏈條,同時在企業外部則是由上下游企業組成的價值增值的外部價值鏈。通過實際案例研究得出基於價值鏈視角的提升皮革企業競爭力的對策模型,企業的內部價值鏈的協調性和外部價值鏈的協調增加可以提升競爭力性;企業內部價值鏈協調性又會影響外部價值鏈的協調性,對企業的競爭力產生影響;核心企業品牌對價值鏈具有拉力,可以提升核心企業的競爭力,同時可以提升價值鏈上的每一個企業的競爭力。皮革企業可以通過價值鏈的協調性建設和核心企業的品牌建設產生的拉力來提升競爭力,對策模型對其他企業提升競爭力也具有重要的借鑑意義。

ABSTRACT

If enterprises want to keep in an invincible position in the competitive environment, they have to improve their own competitiveness definitely. Some domestic and foreign scholars study the competitiveness of enterprises from various theories, for example, theory of resource base, the core competitiveness of enterprises and industry cluster and so on. This article studies how to improve the competitiveness from the HaiNing leather enterprises from the very perspective of the value chain.
Now, the competition between leather enterprises is not just about the entity enterprises, but the value chains’ virtual link and between the value chain and the value chain. Through the interviews and other methods, meanwhile on the basis of Porter’s value chain and other scholars’ study, it analysis the competitiveness of the HaiNing leather enterprises and the value chain. The result is that the HaiNing leather enterprises’ value chain is composed by the sector and processes of the value of value-added chain in the enterprises, upstream and downstream enterprises composition of the value chain out of these enterprises as well. From the examples of the facts study, the solution is countermeasures model based on perspective of the value chain so as to improve the competitiveness of the leather enterprises. Increasing the coordination relations between the enterprises’ internal value chain’s and external values can improve the competitiveness, and the internal coordination of the value chain will affect the external value chain coordination in return, they will affect enterprises’ competitiveness; the core of enterprises’ brand will bring to rally to the value chain, then it can certainly improve the competitiveness and every enterprises’ competitiveness in the external value chain. The leather enterprises can improve the competitiveness of enterprise in the way of increasing the value chain’s coordination relations and the power from the brand of core enterprises; it is also significant for other enterprises to enhance other competitiveness.
